Giving Back

In an effort to give back and educate as many people as possible, we donate proceeds from all of our trips to one of the following amazing non-profits. When you book a trip or training, you will be able to choose which foundation you would like your proceeds to take action with.

Nine Line Foundation

Nine Line is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization, dedicated to meeting the financial and specialized needs of severely injured soldiers and their families.

In combat, a Nine Line is an emergency medevac request, and is often the difference between life and death for the most severely wounded soldiers. Nine Line Foundation aims to serve in a similar manner, offering a lifeline once wounded veterans return stateside.

“Our goal is to rebuild, strengthen and enrich the quality of life of wounded veterans.”

Leave No Trace

With the growing number of people venturing out into the wilderness it is imperative that we try and teach as many people as possible about the importance of environmental ethics and how to preserve our natural resources and lands

We are pleased to announce our continued partnership with ‘Leave No Trace’.  This year we will be offering free Leave No Trace classes every other Saturday.  We will also be offering 6 river based ‘Leave No Trace’ Trainer Courses.  These will be a 2-day, 1 – night course that will take place on different segments of rivers throughout Colorado.  Please contact us directly for more information about any of the courses we offer.

The member-driven Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics protects the outdoors by teaching people to enjoy it responsibly. It is the most widely accepted outdoor ethics program used on public lands. Through targeted education, research and outreach, the Center ensures the long-term health of our natural world. Enjoy your world. Leave No Trace
